Why Paper Stubs?

In a world where we are constantly going digital it seems silly think that there are times that we may still need to have a paper pay stub on hand. There are online pay stub generators available to anyone on the internet to produce pay stubs online without ever having to print a thing. This is a great tactic, but believe it or not, there are still some instances when a paper stub come in handy to have.

Even harder to believe than actually needing to have a paper pay stub, is the idea that not everyone has computers available to them at their homes. It seems crazy, but there are many employees out there who do not have access to a home computer to print their pay stubs... or even view them.

When do you need pay stubs?

There are a few different instances when pay stubs are necessary. If you don't have access to a computer inside of your home, the likelihood that you don't own your own home correlates highly. These people need to fill out tenant applications in order to be able to rent a home to live in. There are other instances that you need proof of employment including, proof of income and filing for taxes.

So, while managing pay stubs online is quick and really efficient- there are instances when you may need to be able to provide your employees with the option to have paper statements printed for their personal needs.
